Basketball joins the playbook
One account, two sports. Flip the sport switch and every menu becomes basketball: a court-first set designer built for the iPad, set playbooks and PDFs, a game plan bench card, and scouting reports.
Added
- Sport is an access level: administrators enable football and basketball per account, a team workspace runs in one sport, and the sidebar, dashboard, and menus convert when the sport changes.
- Set Designer: draw cuts, dribbles, screens, passes, and handoffs with a pencil or finger, frames for entry, action, and counter, step numbers for timing, playback, and a first-visit help guide with real screenshots.
- Set Library with 75 imported sets, community sharing with an administrator review queue, add-to-playbook, and SVG, PNG, and print-ready PDF exports in four layouts.
- Basketball playbooks with chapters, sections, and coaching notes, a Starter Set Library seeded by situation, and an Export Center.
- Game Plan: situation buckets (vs man, vs zone, BLOB, SLOB, ATO, press break, late game), auto-fill from your sets against their base defense, bench card and timeout card PDFs.
- Scouting Report: personnel with tendencies and how we guard them, their sets drawn in the designer with when they run them and where the screens come from, and the sets of yours that beat their look.
- AI Coach answers in basketball terms with the set on the canvas as context when the workspace is in basketball mode.
Improved
- Both designers are canvas-first: the sidebar collapses behind a menu button, the football palette starts collapsed on tablets, and touch input handles interrupted gestures, palm contact, and long-press menus.
- The account access page loads in under a second instead of half a minute.
Fixed
- Switching sport from any page now works and opens the matching page in the other sport.
- A set name typed on an iPad is kept when Save is tapped without leaving the field.
