The conduct rules for using CoachGrind safely, legally, and professionally.

These pages are written for transparency and product use. They may be supplemented by a signed order form, data processing agreement, or other written agreement with your organization.

Use CoachGrind professionally

CoachGrind is built for football staff work. You agree to use it in a lawful, safe, respectful, and professional way.

You may not

  • Use CoachGrind to violate laws, school policies, league rules, or third party rights.
  • Upload or generate abusive, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content that is not legitimate football instruction.
  • Enter unnecessary sensitive personal data, medical data, protected student records, or private information about players or staff.
  • Attempt to access accounts, workspaces, APIs, systems, data, or networks without authorization.
  • Interfere with security, rate limits, availability, logging, or abuse-prevention systems.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or misuse CoachGrind except as allowed by law or written agreement.
  • Use AI features to create deceptive, impersonating, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or files intended to damage systems or collect information without consent.

Program responsibility

Programs are responsible for what their users upload, share, export, print, and teach from CoachGrind. Coaches should follow local policy for player information, student records, parent consent, safety, and football instruction.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe use of CoachGrind violates this policy, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.
