CourtVision and FieldVision bring plays to life
Watch basketball and football plays with detailed animated players, continuous action, reactive defense, and game-speed finishes.
Added
- CourtVision is available from basketball navigation, the set designer and library, with broadcast, coach, baseline, corner and overhead cameras.
- Detailed basketball players show dribbling, planted screens, immediate catch-and-shoot gathers and follow-through, and right-handed layups within seven feet of the basket.
- Shots leave the animated hand at release, travel through the hoop, move the net and bounce on the floor. Offense and defense use distinct uniforms and player labels.
- White-jersey defenses react in man, switch-all, 3–2 zone and 2–3 zone, including screen navigation, help positioning and recovery.
- FieldVision uses the detailed football roster for every player, with quarterback dropback and side-on throw mechanics, blocker footwork, ball carrying and exchanges, catches, punts, snaps, holds and kicks.
Fixed
- Matching basketball frames continue without a fixed pause. Route strides follow distance traveled, and pausing also freezes the player and ball animation.
- Screens plant before cutters use them, switch defenders exchange assignments, and help defenders protect the rim without knowing the play in advance.
- Receivers prepare before the pass arrives and catch-and-shoot players release in game rhythm, while layups, pullups and ball-hand contact retain their authored timing.
- Football players open in their correct stance, linemen move their feet during run and pass blocks, and the ball stays aligned with hands through throws and exchanges.
- Camera controls and playback remain accessible on tablets and phones, player labels stay readable when zooming, and development inspection controls stay out of production.
