Manage account access, collaborate in a shared team workspace, and deliver reviewed playbooks to players.

Settings now includes searchable user access controls. Administrators can grant or remove administrator access, suspend or restore an account, and review access changes. The founding administrator remains protected.
Team Portal brings owners, coaches, and players together. Owners create email-bound invitation links, change team roles, remove members, and revoke invitations. Invitations expire after seven days and can be accepted only once.
A team workspace connects shared plays, playbooks, practice material, call sheets, and coaching tools. Coaches can create and edit team material; personal playbooks can be copied into the team while preserving their originals.
Coaches preview and publish player editions with drawings, position assignments, and a message for the team. Players can read and acknowledge releases, with PDF and offline downloads when enabled.

The sidebar identifies the active workspace. Team material is separate from personal material, and player releases stay unchanged until a coach publishes another edition.
Player editions exclude free-form staff notes, book notes, and research. A changed playbook must be previewed again before publication; a new edition replaces the earlier portal release and starts fresh acknowledgements.
Google sign-in uses verified CoachGrind branding. Sign-in and sign-up preserve invitation destinations instead of always returning to Dashboard.

Administrator navigation and settings access recognize delegated administrators instead of relying on a single hard-coded account name.
Team membership and account suspension are checked on the server. Removed members, players attempting staff actions, and expired or revoked invitations cannot open protected team material.
Shared install plans, practice scripts, and call sheets respect the active workspace for editing and exporting, including requests made directly to an item URL.
