The complete weekly coaching workflow

Set the depth chart, assign player study, protect saved work, and take the week’s material onto the field.

Added

  • A Coaching workspace for roster and depth records, connected to position-specific study assignments.
  • Private player-study links, recorded answers, and staff scoring and feedback.
  • Reusable partial-assignment templates and validated playbook backup/import with independent copies.
  • Downloadable offline field packets with diagrams, assignments, practice periods, reps, and scout looks.
  • Controls for quarterback drop, progression, protection, release timing, and coach-selected read branches.
  • Linked teaching film and assistant actions for the new coaching workflows.

Improved

  • Saved-play revisions detect concurrent edits; previous versions can be restored as drafts for review.
  • NCAA 2026 checks distinguish known formation violations from missing opponent or live-game context.
  • Position teaching cards make short blocking paths visible. Long PDF notes continue onto additional pages.
  • Single-play exports place route captions in a readable legend while retaining the drawing and visible player labels.

Fixed

  • Focused assistant edits preserve other players’ routes and jobs, and stale actions stop before replacing a changed canvas.
  • Explicit route depths, motion-to-route connections, field-position changes, and undo/redo remain consistent.
  • Shared playbook titles, chapter ordering, and retry-safe memberships stay synchronized.
  • Missing references stop exports with an error instead of producing incomplete material.
  • NCAA written wristband calls are permitted, and the NCAA try uses the three-yard line.
